How does the service work?
1 - Enquiry & Quote

We will send out a quote by Email or Post
2 - Deposit & Booking
if you want to go ahead with the booking we need proof of identity and to take a deposit.
Full balance payment required 2 weeks prior to the event. By making a booking you accept our Terms and Conditions of Hire.
3 - Outward Shipping
At a time close to the event, we will check the headphones and transmitters are fully functioning (we like to make sure you don’t get any nasty surprises), then we pack up the equipment in our lockable durable shipping containers and will arrange to courier the equipment over to you, preferably the day before the event, signature required on delivery.
4 - Use Equipment
You use the hired equipment for your event.
5 - Return Shipping
You put the equipment back in the shipping boxes and give us a call when you are ready. At the pre-arranged pickup time the courier will come and collect the equipment from you and return it back to us, no stress on your part, we've got it covered, it's part of the service.
6 - Equipment Check-In
The equipment arrives back at Silent Disco UK, we test the equipment and check it back in to our warehouse, unfortunately we have to charge for broken or missing equipment.
7 - Confirmation of Receipt
We'll write to you to let you know that we received the equipment back safely, and provide a reciept detailing a breakdown of all charges as detailed in the hire agreement.
